Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Eofh-Bot to your Discord server or using the Eofh-Bot web dashboard at bot.eofh.ee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and stop using the service.

2. Description of Service

Eofh-Bot is a Discord bot developed and operated by EOFH Development. It offers features including moderation, a ticket system, leveling, onboarding, automod, reaction roles, and giveaways, all manageable from the web dashboard at bot.eofh.ee.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using Eofh-Bot you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable local laws.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Discord server while Eofh-Bot is present.
  • You agree not to use Eofh-Bot to harass, harm, threaten, or discriminate against any individual or group.
  • You agree not to attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the bot or the web dashboard.
  • You agree not to use Eofh-Bot for any purpose that violates Discord's Terms of Service.

5. Data & Privacy

Eofh-Bot collects and stores certain data necessary for its operation (such as user IDs, message content for moderation logs, and server settings). For full details on what data is collected and how it is used, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Eofh-Bot or the web dashboard at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time — continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eofh-Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. EOFH Development shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Eofh-Bot for any server or user that violates these terms, without prior notice.
